to energize the room and inspire CEOs and leaders to build high performance cultures that transform individuals
and teams through love, respect, and Genshai (never treat a person in a manner to make them feel small,
including yourself).
A nationally recognized speaker, Giselle is sought after because she engages and motivates audiences to think,
feel, and act differently and teaches others how to build relationships that drive results.
Giselle earned her BA in Psychology from Seton Hall University, and is also a Certified High Performance Coach®,
Certified Crucial Conversations® Trainer, Certified Passion Test® Facilitator and a Toastmasters Advanced
Communicator Bronze and Competent Leader.
